Machinery/Production Process
The production procedures of bone china tableware mainly involve several steps. Firstly, prepare raw materials like kaolin and bone ash, grind them in a ball mill and knead them into workable clay. Then, use forming equipment such as slip casting or jiggering machines to shape the clay into tableware. After that, dry the formed pieces before firing them in a kiln at high temperatures to harden and give them the typical properties of bone china. Finally, decorate and finish the tableware as required, conduct the quality inspection and package them for shipment.
